Course price includes tuition, local transportation for your daily commute, daytime meals, community events such as musical performances, exhibitions and lectures.

We are always open to receiving applications. We prioritize applicants of Indian heritage, passport and OCI holders aged 26 and under.

Every participant is responsible for their own travel and health insurance.

Tourists must obtain your own Tourist Visa before entering India. We do not provide letters to participants for trainings, so please be sure to apply for a normal tourist visa.

WW are committed to accommodating artist parents. If you are considering traveling with children and want to participate on a workshop please contact us to let us know about your situation and we can help arrange childcare.

Payment plans are offered on our website but if you need a tailored payment plan we would be happy to help accommodate.

Deposits are non refundable however they are transferrable, so if you need for some reason to cancel your workshop this deposit credit can be used the following year.

If you have paid in full, you are eligible for a refund up until 60 days prior to the start date of the workshop. If you cancel under 60 days before the start date of your workshop but cannot attend, 50% of your workshop fee can be transferred to the following year.

Please note we are a very small organisation and cancellations, refunds and processing times may vary.

We ONLY hire production support or welcome volunteers that speak Hindi and are familiar with Jaipur.
