Bookings made after August 31st, 2026 are non refundable, however partially transferrable. If you need to cancel your workshop, we can cancel your payment plan.

50% of the paid amount will be rolled over to the following year/ edition, valid for 365 days (unless the next programme is more than 365 days away)

Your selected course cannot be guaranteed for the following series of programming.

Outstanding payments must be issued by December 1st, 2026 to keep your booking - unless previously communicated with our team.

Course price includes tuition, basic materials relevant to your craft, local transportation for your daily commutes, lunches, community events such as musical performances, exhibitions and lectures.

The workshops are based out of Hotel Diggi Palace Jaipur - we recommend all participants stay here to facilitate easy daily transport to your workshop, shared meals and evening activities.

We can arrange room shares with other participants to significantly lower nightly costs. If you need to stay elsewhere please let us know!

We are always open to receiving applications. We prioritize applicants of Indian heritage, passport and OCI holders aged 26 and under.
